Brent is a high-performing agency recruiter/owner turned corporate principal recruiter.
After 12 years of owning his own agency Brent moved into the world of in-house recruiting and spent the last 4 year helping Klaviyo and Starburst Data hit their hiring targets.
Brent is passionate about helping great companies find great engineers and helping both companies and engineers reach their goals!
Petar Petrov
Co-Founder, Head of People
Petar is a proven People Ops leader with over a decade of experience, primarily in high-performance early-stage software companies. Most notably Petar was an early contributor to the growth of Klaviyo, Salsify, and Teikametrics. He is known for his love of supporting early-stage founders, building lightweight but scalable processes from scratch, and supporting high-performance leadership teams during periods of rapid company growth.
Most recently Petar has led PeopleOps at Videa Health, an MIT-founded early-stage AI software company, previously Petar led talent acquisition at Teikametrics scaling the company from 90 employees to 315+ in a complex global environment.
